Effortless Data Portability
Manually tracking posts and authors from your history can be time-consuming. With the new download feature, Pro and Business users can now download their history in one click.
Key Features:
-
The export tool respects your currently active filters. Whether you are searching by specific captions, content types (IG Posts, Reels, TikTok, YouTube), or time ranges, the generated file will only contain the data you’ve curated.
-
Every download provides a clean, three-column layout including:
-
Your original search query, e.g. #mrbeast
-
Direct Post Links: Instant access to the original content.
-
Author Profile Links: Simplified tracking of creators and contributors.
-
-
Data is exported in a standard .xlsx format, ready for immediate use in Excel, Google Sheets, or internal CRM systems.

How to Access
For Pro and Business subscribers, the Download button is now available on the history page in the action bar next to your search filters. For users on our free tier, this feature is visible but locked; upgrading your plan will grant immediate access to data exports.
Why This Matters
This update is part of our ongoing commitment to making your search history more than just a log. It’s now a functional database for your marketing research, influencer tracking, and content analysis.

About the Author
Felix Melchner
I built RecentReborn because Instagram’s decision to hide recent posts made it impossible to find real people and small creators who are not already famous. My vision for 2026 is to restore the original soul of social media by giving everyone a fair chance to be discovered and supported through chronological search.
