YouTube Recent Search Is Here: See What Was Uploaded Last Hour
By Felix Melchner
New on RecentReborn. Youtube search to find posts uploaded last hour.
We just launched YouTube Recent Search on RecentReborn. You can now search any keyword and see the most recently uploaded videos on YouTube.
Why we built this
YouTube recently removed the "Last Hour" filter from their platform. For many of us, that filter was the only way to find breaking news, live event coverage, or niche content before it went viral. We decided to bridge that gap. Whether you are a creator tracking trends or a user looking for real-time updates, you can now find that content again.
Why did Youtube remove this filter? Read more about it here.
How it works
When you enter a search query in the RecentReborn app, you will see a new tab for YouTube. The default setting is filtered to show videos uploaded within the last hour.
If you need a broader view, you can easily toggle the time filters:
-
Today
-
This Week
-
This Month
-
This Year

Why this matters for you
Just like with our Instagram hashtag tool, our goal is to give you back the control that platforms have taken away. You shouldn't have to wait for an algorithm to decide a video is "worthy" of your time. Now, if someone uploaded a video two minutes ago, you'll be the first to know.

I built RecentReborn because Instagram’s decision to hide recent posts made it impossible to find real people and small creators who are not already famous. My vision for 2026 is to restore the original soul of social media by giving everyone a fair chance to be discovered and supported through chronological search.
